Replenish

Questions, answered plainly.

If something here is vague, that is usually because the honest answer is “not yet confirmed”. Those answers say so rather than guessing.

The product

A lemon-lime powder you mix into cold water once a day. One scoop carries four electrolyte minerals plus zinc, 3g of prebiotic fiber, and six vitamins.† It is made for days when you are eating less than you used to, including for people taking GLP-1 medications.

No. Replenish is designed to support hydration and everyday nutrient intake on lighter appetite days.† It is a dietary supplement, not a medication, and it does not change appetite.

No. There is no meaningful protein or calorie content. It covers fluid, electrolytes, fiber and vitamins, and nothing else.†

Anyone whose intake has dropped and who wants the basics covered without adding a shelf of bottles. That includes people on GLP-1 medications, people recovering from illness, and people who simply are not hungry.

Eight ingredients, each named with its purpose on the ingredients page. No proprietary blends.

Not yet. The amounts are targets until the manufacturer confirms the first production run. The panel publishes on the ingredients page the day they are final, and not before.

Using it

One scoop into 12 to 16 oz of cold water, once a day. Stir or shake until it clears.

Whenever you will remember. Morning works for most people because overnight is the longest stretch without fluid. More on timing on the how it works page.

30 servings, so a month at one scoop a day.

It is built around PHGG, a fiber that dissolves clear in cold water rather than thickening, so it does not go gritty or gel in the glass.

Nothing. Carry on the next day.

Safety

Replenish is a dietary supplement and contains no medication. Individual medications and conditions differ, so ask your prescriber or pharmacist before adding any supplement to your routine.

Read the label against your own needs. Talk to your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition — particularly kidney disease, heart failure or a history of low blood sodium, where fluid and electrolyte intake may need to be managed.

No dietary supplement is. The FDA does not approve supplements before they are sold; it regulates how they are made and what may be claimed about them. That is why every claim on this site carries a dagger linking to the required disclaimer.

Zornava will name its manufacturer here once the first production run is complete. Until then there is nothing to name, so this page says nothing rather than implying something.
